Teammates: Our younger members, formerly known as "kids". They bring energy, enthusiasm, and the spirit of LEAP to every session.

Coaches: The guiding force behind every session, formerly known as "adults". They mentor, teach, and uplift teammates to achieve their best.

Session: The daily LEAP experience. Teammates can attend between 1 to 5 sessions every week, diving deep into activities, teamwork, and leadership.

Season: Spanning 8 weeks with activities 5 afternoons a week plus occasional weekend events. Each season revolves around a central theme or curriculum, culminating in a grand contest.

Teams: Think of them as houses or tribes, where teammates get to be a part of a larger collective represented by distinct colors. Regardless of the Squad they're in for the day, their loyalty to their team remains unwavering. Together, they name their teams, design logos, and compete for the ultimate victory.

Squads: Daily operational units, these are dynamic groups consisting of teammates from various color teams. They represent unity in diversity, as they collaborate, compete, and learn even if they belong to different primary teams.

Growl Gold: Not just points, but a currency of achievement and recognition at LEAP F.C. Teammates earn them through participation, leadership, and teamwork.

Show Teeth: Our mantra. It's about showing determination, resilience, and grit in the face of challenges. A philosophy we live by, and a call to action for all at LEAP F.C.

I Need Help: At LEAP F.C., there's no "I can't". Instead, when faced with a challenge, teammates express a desire to learn and grow by saying, "I need help."

Fist Bumps: The universal LEAP greeting and a sign of acknowledgment. Whether celebrating success, boosting someone after a setback, or just saying hello, a fist bump is the LEAP way to connect and share positive vibes.

Leapstones: Milestones or significant achievements within the LEAP experience. It could be mastering a new skill, completing a complex project, or exemplifying leadership qualities.
